Co-Counseling
Think of this as companionship with purpose—a space to connect, reflect, and grow together. It’s not therapy, but a supplement to the work you may already be doing with a therapist. Together, we’ll get curious about the “whys” behind what you feel and uncover the clarity waiting underneath.
How it works:
Meet weekly for 30 or 60 minutes
Connect through text, audio, calls, or emails
Experience active listening + practical tools (I’ll share a blueprint, you’ll make it your own)
Ask for advice—only as much as you want, in the way you want
We’ll work together for 4–6 weeks (or up to 12), creating space for honest conversations, gentle breakthroughs, and community. Over time, you’ll also be part of a larger circle of support—people learning to show up for themselves and each other.
